we monitor all emails sent by the the server it is not being sent??

no idea why

nothing I can see, whats odd is the user does not get the failed login attempt also

thanks I have re checked setting and all mail logs and the email is not being sent .

in the console- network all I get a 404 for the config.js file

browser console logs will show the url of my site which I dont want on this forum.

I have set a rule in page rules to bypass /wp-admin/* but still get the grey screen.

which is the config.js 404

aslo putting it into developement mode, should overide the admin cache if it is , but this does not help

I also just installed the latest version and getting a 404 error in the console for

/plugins/cloudflare/config.js

which renders a grey screen at cloudfare plugin setup

fix above does not fix this.

I have managed to get my server to whitelist the mod_security rules

starting with

#214620 & #214940

which has fixed it for me.

that is not the only problem, on the one site that has the homepage loop, it has no lowercase settings but I can confirm that the site is in a sub directory

ie instead of installed to the root

it does also have a – in the sub directory name

The code fix did not work for me either, I have 5 sites on the same hosting company different machines that all have this problem with 4.4.1, 1 has the homepage loop and the others all have the wp-admin loop.

All my other sites on 4 4 0 that did not autoupdate are working fine.

admin files are accesible using a direct path only wp-admin/post.php

/wp-admin/ fails with a permentant 403 forbidden loop

I am having this problem on multiple wp 4 4 1 sites that updated overnight.

wp-admin causes redirect loop with a 403 forbidden.

any help would be appreciated
