Thank you Dan. I’ve installed a plugin called Order Status Control for Woocommerce which seemed to have resolved the issue. It seems that the payment gateway interfered with the status so that it didn’t reach the completed status.

Hey Mark. One more thing that you might be able to help with. When you click on the button it has a blueish outline/border. Is there any way to get rid of this? Thanks

Hi Mark. The plugin is activated, but I’ve hidden the page-up button and changed the page-down button.
