thanks cynthiad! yes, it seems you need to remove the plugin in the wordpress admin, then re-add. this will prompt the setup wizard.

all info from previous version of the plugin is gone. history, styling, etc.

is there any way to change the chat image (profile icon of people with headsets)?

FYI, the issue was contact form 7’s recaptcha integration. disabled that and all forms work.

ok, so i changed the theme to a basic workers theme and the popup worked, so it’s the theme. any way to troubleshoot this? thanks!
