I just installed SP FAQ (without reading this first) and am able to confirm this error. The “Add Media” is reduced opacity but function. The Gravity Forms “Add Form” does not work.
I’ve upgraded on 5 sites today… 1 has blown up with the redirect loop after login. Deleted the folder via FTP as others have suggested and will wait on a fix.
