You can change the size of url (url VARCHAR(60)) from the file init.php at line no 46 to any size you want..

I didn’t get you custommods, did you mean to description text just before the team members listed, if its true, then there is option available to to create title and add description while creating the team

I think you have inserted the images that have spaces or illegal
characters in their names.
You can edit the section in which images is not showing.Make images
name suitable as possible
