I added the settings myself. I am not quite sure what settings you are interested in but, I have turned on most basic and intermediate settings. Copy protection is off due to another problem (impacts embedded google maps).
If you need specific setting details, then let me know and will get them.

Thank you. I have implemented this. The redirect plugin shows lots of xmlprc.php 404s.

If I add this to my htaccess
<Files xmlrpc.php>
order deny,allow
deny from all
allow from YOUR.IP.HERE
</Files>What do I put for my ip, as I am on a dynamic ip – can I simply omit the line… not sure what xmlrpc is used for…

ISP, has looked, and said well it is coming from your site
I got a debug plugin and checked the wordpress crontab
Thought it was one of the plguins, but proved it wasnt.Have changed themes, due to twentyten breaking while looking for this problem.
