There are a bunch of us apparently having the same issue. I am getting 3 different error messages when people try to sign up in my opt-in. One of the messages is ‘Configuration error.’ Hope they fix this soon.

I got that message too using the same app, as well as ‘Configuration error.’ The message fluctuates between 3 different types.

I had the same problem over the last few days. Had the same message too.
