add_filter( ‘acui_capability’, function( $capability ){ return ‘XXXXXX’; } );
Change the XXXXX for the capability you want. I changed xxxxx to create_users but it didn’t work for a branch Admin user but did work for Administrator user. If I tick the permission ‘create_users’ in the Branch Admin role then it does work.

The first parameter is the returned parameter and are you able to provide what the other two input parameters are likely to contain? and what the output parameter format is.

Update:
Even in the Course-Category view, accessible when clicking on the view link from a Category I can only see published courses. I am accessing this through the back-office from Tutor LMS Pro categories viewI have implemented the debug code as instructed in the link but the debug.log file does not appear.
I think I am going to blow the site away and start again.

That is where I am out of my dept and have no idea on how to do that. Suggestion are welcome.
I have compared the settings with another site both WordFence and UM and settings in both are much the same
@missveronicatv I found the culprit and I am really surprised. The offending plugin is WordFence Security

That made no difference. I have also used different browser and all give the same effect.

Yes I can do that but I am not the only one that has the issue (in different locations within the country)
Thank you for your reply and is much appreciated. However we do not use a caching plugins. We do however use Jetpack and the suggeted setting for Jetpack is switched of (I actually disabled Jetpack but made no difference). Login to the site was working 1 to 2 weeks ago.

SQL injection normally refers to Import of data not the Export of data.
Might it be possible to have the security vulnerability in the Import feature?
