Hello! I’m not sure what kind of hosting you have, but if you have godaddy for example you need to access your hosting files for the site go to wpcontent>plugins and delete the plugin folder manually. This should help resolve your issue. If you are having trouble accessing these files talk to go daddy live chat or your hosting live chat and ask them how to access the file manager. again you need to delete the plugin manually.

I am having the same issue that you are having the images become incredibly narrow. I think you might have to edit this in css seeming as how this is a native issue with the plugin.
