I have the same problem with bluemoonsound.
but all of the email not sent. (on-hold, processing, completed etc)
I used Postman SMTP and WP Mail SMTP. It works when I send test email. (It’s also on my mail log)

I also meet this problem.
before, I used Postman SMTP. I didn’t receive the new order, on-hold and processing notification. only the completed notification successfully sent.
but then the completed notification can’t be sent either.
then I use WP Mail SMTP and Easy WP SMTP. but nothing happend.
there is also no track on my mail log.

though I receive the test mail.
can someone please help me?
