My issue was a conflict with the wordfence security plugin, specifically the firewall setup.
I disabled the firewall, and re-enabled and it seems to have fixed the issue.
Hopefully this helps someone!

Very strange… Would not work on 3 different hosting accounts yesterday… then all of a sudden, they all started working again!

What would that have been? I swear I didnt do anything to fix it…

Note: I have re-downloaded and unzipped new wordpress package numerous times too….
