@photocrati – thank you for responding & for a suggestion.
Before I posted to the forum I had tried what you suggest – activate/deactivate.
Delete/uninstall and reinstall & activate. Nothing – the images won’t upload because The ngg db tables will not/are not being added.I have attempted to remove all ngg files via FTP, though maybe I’m missing some somewhere?? Do you have a list of which files I need to look for besides the obvious areas

- content/plugins/Nextgen-gallery

content/ngg_styles

Suggestions?
thank you again !Hi again,
Any ideas? Anyone?thank you
Hi Kcrusher,
I got the watermarks to show – I find it odd that I need to go to the gallery, check mark the box & select the action to watermark, if I’ve set my default to watermarking. BUt, I guess that’s the way it is & I know that now.Next, I just would like the caption to show up. No action for that listed.
Kcrusher – I appreciate your time & response, but I am opposed to giving out admin rights to my site. Unless I know it THE developer or someone I know, I am not opening up the admin rights to anyone who asks ??
Also – I’m a bit surprised/bummed no one has tried to help me troubleshoot. Someone (esp. NextGen) would know to ask if I ran the action ‘watermark’ on my gallery. I find that to be the proper first step – troubleshoot. Not, get admin rights.
best regards,
The site is under development & not live. Here are links to the screen shots to the relevant pages of the problem

In reply to: Admin bar disappears when I switch to www.SiteName.comHi Nick & Inspired,
Thank you for replying!
I checked my user settings & the Show toolbar is checked.
Adding the @define statement did not work either.Hopefully a solution will be found – a silly frustration.
