thanks guys i will do that. I have about 15 pages that are hosted through that same server and it is the only one that it is happening on.

Side note. I tried renaming the plugins folder so that none would run and that didnt change anything.

Yes I did. They seem to be down. I don’t think it’s theme specific as I’ve changed themes and the problem continues to exist.

just reverted to 1.6.4. to busy to even want to try updating again as i dont have time for the site to be down. i believe it might be a bug in 1.6.6.

same issue 2.3.1 is causing same issue.

i was able to get to edit this through admin panel.

i was looking at the wrong page. removing the page.php didnt help.

ALSO. i reactivated the parent theme with all original files and it still displays the code.

i renamed the page.php to page.php.bak to test, your suggestion was perfect. the plugin is now working.

maybe off topic but do you have a suggestion as to how to remove the default widget text that appears with themes? that was the reason for having the altered page.php

Haha ya it’s activated. And I’m using the same theme in both sites… Is it possible a few modifications I made to the style.css and page.php (only on the new site) would be causing this?

install “font” it will let you select individual letters and items and then drag and drop them.

for lowering the tagline you can create a child theme and modify the header.php file

throw a few <p></p> before:

each <p></p> adds one new line.
