Problem solved now – I re-uploaded the template-tags.php file via FTP and all is now back online. Thanks anyway.

I can’t access any of the files as I am locked out of the admin function.

As I understand I need to replace the fle via FTP?

But I can’t find the file to replace in my file structure.
