The speed at which an email sends out mostly depends on the mailer you are using. If you wouldn’t mind, could you let me know which mailer you are using (found in WP Mail SMTP > Settings)?

Yes, you can connect Office 365 on WP Mail SMTP Lite using the Other SMTP mailer. You can follow our guide on setting up the Other SMTP mailer, which includes details about Office 365.

Please note that the Outlook mailer lets you securely use Microsoft’s API to authenticate your site’s emails. Some users may experience server-related issues while setting up the Other SMTP mailer.

I apologize that this isn’t a feature we have available at the moment. We have considered a few options for providing users with a notice of failed emails, such as a secondary mailer, webhooks, etc.

I do agree it would be super helpful, and I’ve made a note of your feature request so we can keep it on our radar as we plan out our roadmap for the future.

I am sorry to hear that your site experienced some trouble with setting up WP Mail SMTP with Sendinblue and Elementor Pro.

The Sendinblue mailer is available and does work with WP Mail SMTP, along with Elementor Pro. There may have been a configuration error or an issue that needs some troubleshooting.

The first thing I would recommend is making sure all the steps have been followed in our guide for setting up WP Mail SMTP with Sendinblue.

If you would like some help to get this fully set up, please create a new thread with the details in our support threads.

I see that you’ve already been helped, but I want to include the information here in case anyone comes across the same or a similar issue.

The purpose of SendUsageTask class is to collect analytics data about server setup and some configuration data (only boolean values without any customer info) that allows us to improve our plugin.

It sounds like you are currently set up with WP Mail SMTP using the “Other SMTP” mailer, which is not yet fully configured on your site.

I’d recommend starting off by looking at our guide for mailer options.

From there, you can follow the step-by-step guide for the mailer you decide. These will be linked right under each mailer in that guide, and that should get you fully set up!
