Currently Helpie FAQ does not support subcategories as we have Category-based display options and supporting subcategories will complicate the display options.

Tablesome does not have options to add CSS.
You have add it in the Theme Customizer or use a Code Snippet plugin to add the CSS. See this article – https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-easily-add-custom-css-to-your-wordpress-site/

You can use this CSS for specific tables:

.tablesome_container–{tableid} table

example:
.tablesome__container–823 table
