It looks like you have modified the plugin ?
What does not fit , it looks like it fits apart from you no longer have the option to donate in private.

In reply to: [Donate Plus] [Plugin: Donate Plus] CSS FixesDonate Plus is no longer supported . Uninstall ( Make sure you uninstall via the Donate Plus setting page first to remove the database )and then download Donate Extra which is a fork of Donate Plus.

Yes I’m aware of the unexpected characters , should have a fix shortly.
As for the donation page what exactly do you mean ?
The Donate Extra settings , or the page with the short code [donateextra] ?
Which options are not on page and can you tell me what browser and what wp version your using too?Please be patient I will get round to all bugs & improvements but it will take time.
Also if you spot something wrong in the code feel free to post it and I’ll rectify it asap.Justine

And re installed the new Donate Extra and all seems well.

I have re named it and sorted all code renaming and i just deactivated my Donate Plus and Activated Donate Extra and all i had to do was the settings page ,it kept my old test donation ok.P.S. Note your paypal IPN will change so make sure you update PayPal !
