what do I need to be using?

I had actually noticed that and tried it, but still isn’t working and still seem to have lost the theme.

erm, I’ve added the two lines as suggested, but now the site still has the error 404 message and the theme seems to have been lost

and do I need to change anything in my ‘General’ panel in wordpress, how should that be looking?

So can I just confirm, as my wordpress site is currently located on my sever at the following address https://jupperpeep.com/jadedeye and I want to my permalinks to appear as https://www.jadedeye.com, the code should be as follows:

update_option(‘siteurl’,’https://jupperpeep.com/jadedey’);
update_option(‘home’,’https://jadedeye.com’);

Do I need to do anything special in my cPanel regarding the forwarding?

Okay, thank you for your advice, I’ve taken a look through the different ways of doing this. Tried the first one and lost my theme, quickly reversed it. Which method would you recommend?

I had tried that, and got an error 404 page.

The structure of my wordpress site is that it is being hosted from https://jupperpeep.com within a directory called https://jupperpeep.com/jadedeye. I have purchased https://www.jadedeye.com and want my site to point to that and also the permalinks to display this (at present the permalinks display https://jupperpeep.com/jadedeye/…. as you may expect) When I go and change the site address to https://www,jadedeye.com I get an error 404 page, I kind of understand why. I have gone into my hosts cPanel and forwarded the domain to https://jupperpeep.com/jadedeye. Could you indicate where I am going wrong or what I am missing?

For your information I have https://www.jupperpeep.com pointing to https://jupperpeep.com and that why blog isn’t.

Hope this all makes sense and that someone can help, I’m slowly understanding it all.
