Is there no way to see the original amount I ordered and what exactly I have received and what is pending on the same PO. Without having to edit it, then mark it as complete and open new PO for the new order.
The reason for that is, let’s say I ordered 50 products and automatically send the PO to the vendor. I only get 35. I edit my current PO and say I received 35. And then open a new PO for 15 products, that new PO I mistakenly send to the vendor and now he thinks we are ordering 15 more pieces.
Another issue is let’s say I have a large order for thousands of products/skus. I can’t just manually enter in what I have received and then somehow remember the quantities I orders versus received.
I would be open to getting the premium version, but I need to know that it has this functionality. I’d also like to know what type of support you provide to your premium members? Would you guys work with us 1-on-1 to setup our inventory and PO system?
