Thanks for the message. Could you be a bit more specific on how it is you’re trying to add that shortcode in the header and footer? Are you doing it directly in the header.php file by using the do_shortcode function ?

I can’t seem to reproduce the issue you’re seeing. There might be something wonky going on in the database. Would you mind enabling the Open Hours: Overview widget for a quick second and letting me know if the schedule shows up as intended there? Are you using the latest version of the plugin ?

Thanks for reaching out! I have just tested your exact schedule and everything seems to be working correctly for me. Would you mind taking a quick look at what timezone you have setup on your WordPress install -> https://cl.ly/1q3n32313g1w ? It might be that you have a weird timezone setup and the current time is outside of your schedule. An easy way to test this would also be to include the {time} replacement tag in your current status notes (i.e. “it’s {time} and we’re open/closed until …”}.

Those tags don’t really exist. You can refer to this article, to get a full list of supported replacement tags. Let me know if this fixes it.

Currently our Parser library requires you don’t add the days in which you’re closed to the schedule. Would you mind leaving the closed days out – as the plugin will automatically assume they are closed ?
