Actually I did not write https in the website URL.
I have let http without the s, in Settings/general of the Dashboard.

I guess you can close this topic: I have read again the instructions on the website’s plugin, and I have found what I needed. Just a while ago.

As I am French, I needed to read it twice. But everything is working well now. ??

I finally found ??

So whoever will read this can use the following syntax :
<a href="file://///server-name/folder/file.txt">file</a>

Example, for a file located on your own local drive C :
<a href="file://///localhost/c:/file.txt">file</a>

Example, for a file located on an other computer – the computer name is LEO, and the shared folder is LEO_SHARING, you have to use :
<a href="file://///LEO/LEO_SHARING/file.txt">file</a>
