It was due to a bad cohabitation between the Top Bar in Virtue’s Theme, and WooCommerce.

One more precision about something I just noticed : the previously quoted bug happens when the cart is empty only.
As soon as you add an item to the cart, the “Your Cart” link works fine.

Actually it is not stable at all. It’s happening again, so to summarize the issue :

Concerning the multisite health-water.net, there is 3 languages (french, english and german). As it is an e-commerce site, there is a “Your Cart” button (top right) for each language.

The issue is that clicking on that button opens to the german cart only, even if it is clicked from the french part, or the english one. Please try and let me know if you see any solution.

Forget about it Daniel.
It worked well after I deleted the Version 3.1.4 from WordPress.
Actually I had simultaneously the Version 3.1.4 deactivated and the Version 3.1.5-beat2 activated.

After deleting the Version 3.1.4 I tried another backup and the size/folders is now OK.

Don’t know whether it has a link or not but apparently it works now.

I looked and the archives are all there.
Then, I have made a comparison between the folders from the backup and the folders from the FTP and there are differences for the folder wp-content and the folder wp-includes.

Here are screenshots with the present and missing files :

It might be normal, and I don’t know whether it is or not.

Ok, I just tried and it worked perfectly.
A question : The Backups I made with the previous version (Version 3.1.4) were about 35 Mo.
And the Backup I just made with the Version 3.1.5-beat2 is about 5 Mo.
I precise that my site is a Multisite. I guess the Version 3.1.5-beat2 is still Multisite compatible right ?

I mean I got the same message during a Backup :
“ERROR: ZipArchive can not closed correctly“

And what is weird is that it was working perfectly 3 days ago. I did not add any modification to the website and then the error message has appeared.

I got the same ERROR: ZipArchive can not closed correctly.
After a short research I thought it was a question of quota on the FTP disk, but after deleting old backups, it is same.

Anything else maybe ?

I am interested in what you wrote because I also use iThemes Security and WordPress HTTPS on my Multisite. What did you do exactly to solve your conflict ?

Did you deactivate/remove iTheme and keep WP HTTPS ?
Or did you disable the SSL options proposed in iThemes and let WP HTTPS manage the SSL security ?

Or anything else ?? ?
