Thanks for that. However, could you please start by sharing your system status (Tickets > Tools). That would be faster. Also, our official support policy for free support is that we usually don’t log into user’s sites. We only go that far with paid users.

To me, this points to some sort of conflict. If the problem came from Awesome Support, it would simply not work, ever.

Could you please try deactivating your other plugins and see if it fixes the problem. If it does, re-activate your plugins one by one until the issue re-appears. At this point, we’ll know where the conflict comes from (if any).

I see. I’ve been able to login. Then I logged out, and can’t log back in.

You should be able to move the fields by changing the hook used for displaying them in the form. Please try adding this code to your theme’s functions.php file:

remove_action( 'wpas_submission_form_inside_after_subject', array( WPAS()->custom_fields, 'submission_form_fields' ) );
add_action( 'wpas_submission_form_inside_before_submit', array( WPAS()->custom_fields, 'submission_form_fields' ) );

When you revert to Twenty Sixteen, do you at least see error messages when the login fails?

Please keep in mind that you’re using free support. This means that, yeah, sometimes a reply will take a couple of days. We usually try to process every inquiry, though.

A low rating because you don’t get replies in a time that suits you doesn’t seem very fair to me, specifically because the replies you (will) get are free. I take it on my personal time to help you out.

This review is not an indication of the quality of the plugin itself, and a review should be exactly that: a reflection of the quality of the product.

Your file names look ok to me. There shouldn’t be anything special to do.
