Nevermind, I figured it out. All I had to do was make a post and assign a featured image. Then I marked it as sticky and back dated publication to 2 years prior to my first post. Facebook recognized my new sticky post as the most recent post however it’s buried as my first ever post. Hope this helps resolve this issue for others.
