REMOVE LABEL FROM EMAIL FORM

    The label and the input box are scrunched together and the text label for the email box is used for both the label and the placeholder. It does not look attractive at all. How can I simply remove the text label and leave the placeholder? Also, what css can i use to pad the left edge of the place holder? It is too close to the input box edge. Thanks.
