I have quite the same problem:

In the option “CSS of Menu To Hide” (Advanced settings), how to hide the CSS of more than an element?

The website (www.igorkishcka.com) has 3 languages. I had hidden only the Portuguese (Brazil) menu (hiding #menu-menu-1. The other native menus (#menu-menu-2 and #menu-menu-3 -> English and Spanish) are still appearing.

Yes, I’ve validated the site’s markup and CSS. Also installed Path Child theme, but made the CSS customization in Path theme… :/
I’ll install a fresh copy of it and, then, custom Path Child’s CSS.
