The 1.12 was pushed as some plugin scanners could not understand that <1.11 means that 1.11 is not included, so they kept spamming our users that they have a version that was affected by the security issue present in 1.10. ???♂?
And the last one was for those who like to have debugging enabled, they had some issues, so we wanted to fix things for them as well.
If everything is working on your end, there will be no need to update these last ones.

Unfortunately, we are not given a resolution deadline, as the re-approval is done by volunteers, WP says that it can take up to 7 business days. We reached out to the reviewers using more than one channel, and we’re hoping to a re-approval sooner rather than later.

Thanks for pinging us here as well. We replied to the tickets today and as you have seen and guessed, after uploading the patched version, we’re still waiting for the WP team to review it and re-approve.
We reached out to them via several channels available to us, hoping to speed things up a bit.
