I have used ithemes security with out any issues it does state that if you rename the content folder it can cause issues to already fully operational sites

This facility was also in the WP Better Security plugin anyway!!!

I am just looking to find out where i edit the files so on each new site i create the wp-content file is already edited

The issue lasts from what i can tell a few secs but the time i have received the mail saying it is down it is already back up

I never actually see any down time

Unfortunatley i do not belive this to be a hosting issue

I had the same issue on a Shared hosting account, now i have a VPS server where everything is located mail server mysql website,

VPS Spec 5 cores / 5GB RAM / 100GB HDD

This can be for default WordPress text boxes, the DB is asking to install data to plugins that no longer exist but the DB still contains the data
