I sent a bug report and to date still have had no reply and still the gallery won’t work. What to do now?

I’m using version 1.4.11 of the plugin and wordpress version 3.9.1. Did you set up categories? When you click on the media tab does it give you library, add new and categories? And you can add more than one categorie to an image by just repeating the steps. I hope you can get this to work because it really is awesome.

It is for categories and you set them up in the “media tab”. Then in the library you click on the bulk actions and they are listed. You select the images for a category, click apply and that’s it! Super easy

No, I’m sorry, I was just reporting how the other site works. I still need help with this issue for the new site.

In her current active site, debbiemcculley.com, it works perfectly but the nextGen version is 1.9.13 because when I updated to the current it totally destroyed it and all had to be redone, so I reverted back to old version and am now working on the newer version in a separate directory.

I cleared cache(all), disabled minify and nothing. I find code fixes from 3-4 years ago, but nothing current. Any other ideas?

Yes, I did try that. Deactivated all plugins and used Twenty Twelve theme.

If it is loading, why isn’t it showing up as styled? I don’t understand. Yes I did recently add w3 total cache. Like today. So how do I un-minify it? It actually will go in a widget at the top of the page.

I am using version 2.14 Magic Action Box.

no recent changes in server. Not sure how to do what you suggest with W3 Total Cache. I only deactivated it.
