Only on first ever order for a customer is very bizarre behaviour, and I cannot think of what could be causing that. I’ll give it a try.

That text is entirely generated within WooCommerce and is not controlled by this plugin. There have been changes to WC lately that (a) may have fixed the underlying problem; and (b) may allow this plugin to change the names of the shipping packages to reflect how the products are being packaged (e.g. “Vendor X”, “Shipping Class Y”).

I’ve seen this before, when it interacts with another plugin. Some details here:

Yes, under the shipping tab.

Since it does not look like this plugin is maintained any more, we are going to remove it and use an alternative. So I won’t be following this one up. Good luck!

I am getting this too. Filling up the error logs like this is not something a site should have to deal with. Also affects the admin pages:

I can import a UTF-8 file both with and without a BOM, and both work fine. UTF-16 and ISO8859 will not work at this time, but I have an issue open for that: https://github.com/academe/csv-importer-improved/issues/4

This should be fixed in 0.5.1

A quick fix is on the git master branch of this plugin, if you want to give it a try.

Is this still an issue? I can import your CSV file without a problem. Also can import a single post like this:

csv_post_title,csv_post_post,csv_post_excerpt
