    Hi Peter,

Thank you so very much for all your assistance – all above and beyond as we’ve ascertained that this plugin was in no way responsible for the problem. The issue occurred as the result of an ftp intrusion and everything has since been resolved.

I must add that I’m impressed and was greatly encouraged by the amazing support and encouragement, even after it became apparent that your plugin was not involved. Hats off to you. That kind of customer service is really hard to find and it definitely helped to point me in the right direction on more than one occasion – something you certainly did not have to do.

    Regards
    Judith

Okay, really dumb – these are the error messages:

Oh wow!! Has anyone ever told you just how perfectly wonderful you are?? I have no idea how you knew what I had wrong, and not going to ask…. THANK YOU!!

Now (she said, pushing her luck just a little) any ideas on the captions and previews? (the post below the latest shows what happens with captions)

    I know, I’m a pest. So sorry.

Many thanks for responding – I was starting to think I was alone in wordpressland….

I did as you suggested (copied and paste, so I didn’t miss anything), but it’s still doing it…. So sorry, any other ideas?

Hey there – I’m so hoping you’re still here. Bear with me, I’m a serious “newbie” and techie-talk mostly goes way over my head. I’m having this exact problem. I suppose I can go and “downgrade” seeing as I got 2.7 in the first place (brand new blog). My question (given that I’ve just spent days (you would have probably taken hours) to set up the “look” the way I want it. Does this mean I have to redo, or can I simply save the CSS and then copy it back across?

May be a “doff” question, but like I said,I’m an ignoramus.
    Any advice much appreciated.

Many thanks for this, I’m not sure that I have explained my purpose for the three separate pages terribly well, so please forgive me! I would like one static welcome page (explaining what the blog is about) to which no posts will be added. I would then like three separate pages (can be clarified as a “blog within a blog”, i.e. these would have the actual posts, share the same static welcome page, and each have multiple authors. I have installed WordPress and am currently doing the setup so your input would be greatly appreciated.
