However, the credit card fields stopped working when we create an order manually in the WordPress backend and generate a “Pay for Order” link for the customer to make the payment
I now understand the issue is with the Pay Order page, the page where customers land to pay an order the admin of the site made for them; is my understanding correct?
If it is, as a first step to narrow the issue down, we want to know if a conflict or interference is happening with the theme. Could you please try changing your theme to a default one, like Storefront or TwentyTwentyFour, and check if the issue persists?
You can create a staging site (a replica of your site to perform tests) using the WP Staging plugin if you don’t want to do this on your live site.

I would like to point out that it is not registered as a double order. It is a single order which in woocommerce is paid correctly, and in Stripe it corresponds to the transaction but at double the amount.
I understand that after a single paid order in WooCommerce, there is double the amount paid for the same order in Stripe, correct?
If correct, a few questions come to my mind:
Is this the only case? Has this occurred before? Is there any particularity in this order? Is this happening after an update of your site? We are looking for patterns or something that differentiates this order from the others.
On the other hand, have you enabled logging in Stripe? If not, kindly do this by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe > Settings > Advanced Settings, and selecting the Log error messages.
Also, to have more context and further check on this, kindly share with us the following:

Unfortunately, as the message indicates, your Europe/Kyiv timezone is not supported by Facebook.
Kindly note that Facebook is the one that sets supported locations, and it is not something we control.
In this case, you could try changing the timezone to a supported location/timezone and try again.
To change your site’s timezone, you can do it in Settings > General in the Timezone section.

The core of the challenge: I need to set up the shipping conditions such that users with the “Subscriber” role receive free shipping, whereas all other users are subjected to standard shipping fees.
I understand you want to charge shipping fees according to the user roles, and if the user is a subscriber, you want to give free shipping, correct?
If correct, there is no option in WooCommerce core functionalities to achieve this; you would need custom coding or a plugin.
