Thanks again for your help, Jackie. Sheepishly, I must confess that I discovered I was not logged in as a Super Admin on what I learned is a multi site network! Since logging in with the appropriate credentials, I have had no trouble adding new users! Thank you, thank you thank you! Of course, with “all that power,” I have already managed to muck something up. I will post under a new subject and hope for the best.

HI Jackie, and thank you for the response! So, I switched to a different theme and the results are the same (a blank screen) when I attempt to use the Add a New User feature. Hopefully that helps clarify the nature of the problem. Thanks again for your help! I look forward to learning enough that I can reciprocate within the WP community.
