I think this can’t solve this question, I don’t need more fields in the gallery, but I need to link any image on any page/post to open any gallery in lightbox (slideshow mode).

I know the nggallery I want to link is id=3, then short code [slideshow id=3] inserted in page or post works, but if I do the rel=”lightbox[set_3]”, lighbox only show the first image of the gallery related instead of showing the entire galery (3 images)
I was answered this question to the plugin creator but never respond.
I’m considering using another plugin to create galleries and completely remove NextGen by poor attention to the problems it is facing users. You can see the huge number of unresolved issues.
Anybody knows a good alternative?

I didn’t edit anything in the theme. I was installed another theme and it seems work fine. I think the error is inside your theme, left sidebar I think.
