Please, check the template hierarchy of your theme, it seems that the single.php template is not executed when visiting the link you’ve shared with me. For example, if I add an HTML comment it is not rendered in the HTML. I can see you have different ‘single-*.php’ files in your theme. Please be sure that you add the action in the one that is actually being executed.

Thanks for the follow-up. Yes, that class is required to make have the filter working. We’ll be checking that is correctly applied.
In the meantime, if you leave it there, the filter functionality will be working.

Are you using the latest version of the plugin? Have you changed anything on the theme templates or you’re using the plugin as it comes?

Juan.Be sure that your bucket configuration has the proper region set.
Go to Performance > CDN > Configuration and in “Configuration: Objects” pick the correct bucket location (You can see the bucket region in the AWS panel).

Thank you for your rating. I think it is not fair, though.
The plugin works. You are using it on WordPress.com, and you don’t have enough flexibility to change templates or add custom fields for example. The fact that it doesn’t come with the features you would like to have by default it doesn’t mean the plugin does not work.
1) You can add custom fields if you use the plugin in a WP.org install. Perhaps you are used to contacting people by phone, but an email is already widely used. We’re in 2017.
2) I don’t know what plugin you are currently using to include forms. But the team member echoes the content. If the plugin enables forms for the team_member custom post type, then it should be displayed. That has to do with the other plugin you are using.
3) Again, that’s the default behavior of the plugin. It can be changed.
4) The style has to do with the theme you are currently using. The plugin comes with a default styling but you can adjust it as you need.
I’ve seen you already left 1-star reviews to other plugins. So I assume that’s your way to proceed. I think asking for support as the first alternative would be the way to go. There’s a lot of work and effort in many of the plugins you lightly rate as garbage.

You mean changing the link of the images listed? You can do absolutely whatever you want/need with the views of any of the portfolio sections. You can check the
templates
folder on the plugin root and check the different templates. I don’t know if you are familiar with working with WooCommerce, but it works the same way.It would be helpful if you can describe a bit more about what you need.
