In reply to: [Social Profiles Widget] [Plugin: Social Profiles Widget] – needs PinterestWow – this post was six months ago and there has been no response from the developers. That’s really too bad because it was a great plugin. Due to there not being Pinterest, I’m going to have to deactivate this plugin too. I hate it when good plugins get bad support. Does anyone have any recommendations?

In reply to: Social Profiles WidgetHas support and updates for this plugin stopped? It’s a great plugin with great designs. I’d hate to have to stop using it because it isn’t updated anymore to include things like Google+ and Pinterest.
I switched to 0.2.1 from All in One SEO and I too noticed that the meta keywords were not copied over when doing an import.
Also, some people are reporting a new timeout bug when publishing. When I uninstall Yoast WordPress SEO then publishing is normal again.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] [Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Plugin causes slow postingditto. After installing 0.2.1 when I hit Publish for a post, it times out and goes to a 404 error page. However, the post does publish. Strange… When I deactivate it, everything is back to normal and I can publish without any problems again…
I’m having a similar problem. After installing WordPress SEO when I hit Publish on a post it waits and waits and waits then goes to a 404 error page. However the post is published. When I disable WordPress SEO then the problem goes away.
Suffusion is an incredible theme – probably the best I’ve seen and that’s coming from someone who has paid for themes too (btw, I sent sayontan a donation – would recommend others do too to keep his enthusiasm up in developing this theme more).
To date, I only see one flaw in the theme and that is the inability to customize the right hand side of your Header. In other words, the space to the right of the blog title (or logo if that is what you are using) cannot be used in this theme. So I can’t put in a banner ad or Google Adsense, etc. and that space is PRIME real estate for any blog. Also, because of the way the theme is designed, you can’t just open header.php and stick your code there. It doesn’t work. But sayontan has said he will address this soon. Once he does I will be migrating more than one of my blogs to this theme.
The theme does lack documentation, but everything is easily explained in the theme options on the dashboard (under Appearance). I think probably we, as a community that loves this theme, could pitch in and help with documentation so that he can focus on new features. At least lets keep buying him “coffee” to keep him buzzing about with more great features/themes.
Thanks for your hard work, sayontan. You are truly an amazing theme developer.

In reply to: Place an Ad Banner alongside HeaderI’m looking forward to this feature too as that space is prime real estate. This theme is really amazing and I can’t wait for it to get better with the requested feature above added.

In reply to: Database Upgrade to 3.0 – Fatal ErrorThank you for your suggestions. I tried all of the above and they didn’t work. EXCEPT, I went off of #3 and changed the memory limit value to 512m and that worked. So it’s done now. After completing, I erased the line from .htaccess. Thanks!

Any ideas?

In reply to: Can’t view theme examples when click on themAlice – this is currently a widespread issue and hopefully will be resolved soon. It affects both trying to preview themes through www.remarpro.com and trying to view them through your WordPress dashboard. I’m not sure how aware they are that this is a big issue right now, but hopefully all the posts popping up about it bring it to their attention soon as the problem has now existed for over 24 hours…

In reply to: not seeing previews of themesThe problem is also existent just on the site, in addition to being existent through the WordPress dashboard. When a person clicks Preview, a new window pops up, but only displays a white screen. I tried it on a PC and Mac and with all the different browsers and had the same results each time – window pops up and white screen shows, but not the preview of the Website. Hopefully they get this fixed soon.

In reply to: white screen for all previewsTheme preview isn’t working – just showing white screen when clicking preview. It happens in WordPress AND on the WordPress Website. It’s been an issue now for more than 24 hours and the WordPress team hasn’t fixed it yet. It doesn’t matter what browser you use as I tested it on FireFox, I.E., Safari, Opera, and Chrome. Came here and saw several threads about the same problem, including this one. It should be noted that this is a new issue and does not pertain to the original issue that was raised by the original poster in this thread as that issue was resolved and this one is not.
