In reply to: Resolving address issueI have been pulling my hair out about this because the hosting provider, godaddy, doesn’t do anything to assist me. They have told me because they can’t replicate the issue its my problem. When they see the issue on their phones, they still say they can’t replicate it.
Could DNS cause this? Lets look at all scenarios.

From what I’m seeing is that this is only happening on mobile devices (cell phones).

In reply to: Resolving address issueOkay so what is strange here is that it’s doing it for everyone that I asked to go to it except for you. This is the same thing that it was doing with GoDaddy when I tried to get support. It is adding that extra www and I don’t know where in the world it could be doing that from. Depending on who tried it at GoDaddy sometimes it would error and sometimes it would not. I’m getting it now myself and so is my employer.
