that’s running but whenever the site stops working I can’t see it. Also I don’t exactly know where to look at to see what is executing. If the page throws up a 503 I’m not going to be able to see it and then by the time it Lowe’s back up that error will be resolved.

Not for me they haven’t. Mine are completely gone.

Before I do that I also need to remove a bunch of unused photos. Any way to do that easily? Otherwise I have over 100,000 files ??

I guess I’m alone on this issue. I can’t seem to get help from anywhere so I guess I’ll just delete my website and call it a day. 2 years down the drain.

A2hosting can’t figure out why the log doesn’t work. They messed with it a while back and I lost the ability to do that. So I CAN NOT get the log right now.

Still doesn’t explain where the option is for editing the files of the theme in the appearance area of the admin panel.

Memory was already set to that. Log is enabled already as well but shows nothing. htaccess hasnt changed in years.

yes it’s a commercially available for purchase in a lot of different locations. I wish people would read my post before commenting but here we go again. I have been engaged with them for several weeks now trying to find out what’s wrong and their support is very slow. I thought I would ask here to see if another individual is experiencing the same kind of issue to see if maybe there was a resolution. They have not offered one to me so I need to find out how to make my website work. Bottom line

I can see somebody replied to this thread but I can’t see it here. 100% the issue is related to the plugin because if I disabled the plug-in then everything is restored. My concern is that whenever I’m creating a hyperlink it’s bringing up everything that’s named the same. So if a post and a photo have the same name to them then I have no idea which one I’m linking. Once the plug-in is removed then I can see what I’m doing.

I found its directly tied to updating the theme. I need to find a solution for that.
