    @dianabarrier – I resolved the issue on my own since no one responded to this post. You have to update your PHP settings. Chances are you’re running PHP 5.2 (or something like that), then you have to update to at least 5.4.

    If you have access to your cPanel, then you goto PHPconfig and change to PHP 5.4.

    I guess if you don’t have access to the server then you ask your administrator to do it.
