The plugin is displaying the correct time for me with the “Use WP Timezone” option enabled. I set my WordPress Timezone to Sao Paul, then updated an order, and viewed the correct time on the front-end, when I tracked the order. I then switched back to my timezone, and the time still displayed correctly (relative to my timezone).
Just so we have a better understanding of the situation, what version of the plugin, PHP and WordPress are you using?

You should not need any PHP code to use the shortcodes of the plugin.
At this point, we request you to switch to some default WordPress theme, then create a brand new page, deactivate any and all page builders and add the shortcode to a newly created page.
Turn on the WordPress debug log before you add the shortcode to the page. If it does not work (as expected for now), start deactivating other plugins one by one after each deactivation and check the page on front-end.
At last, if you get it working and found a conflict with another plugin or theme, please share the name and version of that. Otherwise, share the debug logs related to our plugin.Because you will be making various changes, it is always good to have a backup (of files and database), in case something goes wrong.

When Email column is hidden and you click “Send Email” link from Details pop-up, it indeed does not work and is a bug. We have fixed this issue and it will be added to the next plugin update.
Meanwhile, we recommend you enable the “Email” column from “Columns” button (above the booking records in admin) and display it in the table. There, the “Send Email” link is working as expected.Forum: Plugins

Would you be able to provide a URL to your FAQ page so we can check it out? This could be an issue specific to your WordPress site and we would like to validate that by reviewing the HTML. From there, we can see how to go about it.

Our plugin uses the current language of the website. If, the plugin you use to translate, does not change the language of the website, unfortunately, our plugin will remain in the same language as the website.

Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no option in the plugin to do so. If you’d like, I can ask the dev team about this idea and get?back to you once I hear back from them.
You do have the option to reset the stats associated with a specific user via the Stats tab of the plugin. You would just need to select the user and then apply the “Reset Statistics” option onto it via the Bulk options dropdown.

Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no option in the plugin to do so. We’ve marked it down as a feature request and, should we get more demand for something like this in the future, we can look into the possibility of implementing it.
For the mean time, you can quickly view all the users associated with a specific level by going to the levels tab and selecting each level.

Thanks for contacting us, and I apologise for any issues you’re having with the new version. Just so we have a better understanding of the situation, did you just update to version 5.0 of the plugin?
If you are updating from a version that’s pre-5.0 to a version that’s 5.0+, it could be that because of the renaming of a core php file (as of 5.0), the plugin got deactivated and that is why the shortcode (e.g. [product-catalogue id=’2′ excluded_layouts=’List’]) only appeared on the front end. You just need to reactivate the plugin after the update and your Catalogue should appear again.
Should there be no products or duplicate products in the plugin, after updating to 5.0+, it means that the upgrade/import didn’t complete correctly the first time around.
To rectify that, you do the following procedure.
– Backup up your site and database.
– Make sure you’re on version 5.0.0 or newer of our plugin.
– Delete all your products and catalogs. (You will not lose any of this data as it is all stored in the database tables for the old version of the plugin.)
– Then go the DASHBOARD screen in the plugin admin and add the following to the URL: &ewd_upcp_show_reset_settings=yes ( so, for example, if your URL looks like https://www.my-site.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ewd-upcp-dashboard then, after, it should look like https://www.my-site.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ewd-upcp-dashboard&ewd_upcp_show_reset_settings=yes )
– This will bring up a new button called “Reset Settings”. Click this button.
– Then immediately go and deactivate our plugin
– Update the plugin to the newest version (5.0.15 currently)
– Reactivate it.
– It will then restart the upgrade/import process. This can take a long time (dozens of minutes) if you have a lot of products. As long as it is running it will display a notice in the plugin admin. Once that notice goes away, you should be good to go.Hello scarpamatteo,
