@jdembowski
We just updated to version 2.1.1.
In the new version, we disabled data compression for safari.It would be appreciated if you can check if the problem has been fixed or not.
Thanks in advance!
We are working on this issue.
We enabled data compression while saving slider in the editor since the version 2.1.0.Please check the 2 points for us.
#1. Check if your server enabled ‘modSecurity’ (apache server).
Reference link: https://weblogtoolscollection.com/archives/2008/02/12/modsecurity-wordpress-admin-and-method-not-implemented/#2. Please test with Chrome instead of Safari to see if there is still problem.
Thanks a lot! We will fix it ASAP.
@junaidofficial What’s your OS/browser/version? And wordpress version?

In reply to: [Jssor Slider by jssor.com] Crashed my WordPress site could not get it back@eunicegoh I am very sorry for that.
I noticed that we made a ridiculous mistake. It’s our fault then, and we fixed the bug in the new version 2.1.0. We separated php load related to functionalities.
With the new version, it will not crash your site even there are some file lost while updating.Again, I apologize for your inconvenience.
But now for the problem you encountered, you need a tool (Like FTP) to manage files on your server. Find and delete the folder ‘jssor-slider’, it is under ‘wp-content\plugins’.
Your site will work after that.You can download a FTP software, use it to connect to your server, you can browser folders on your server with it.
Btw, FTP software is useful for a webmaster.

You may encounter the same problem for updating other plugins.The detailed problem is that the file ‘class-jssor-slider-admin.php’ loses while you update.
The workaround is to delete the folder and reinstall the plugin.
