By checking the network, I found the problem,
jssor slider plugin request data from url like /?jssorextver=3.1.24&id=7&filename=simple-slider_6.slider&method=retrieve&nonce=f3b02eef0d
some other plugin or theme blocked the request and respond with a page instead.
You can open the url with browser to have a look.

For now, I am not sure which plugin or theme made this happening.
Maybe you can disable all plugins and then enable them one by one to find the plugin. Please let me know when your get it, so we can fix the bug.

Load jssor slider fast is reasonable concern.
And I think your concern is reasonable as well.

As it requires 3rd party js library to detect page load to run jssor slider initialization script, we’d find approach to reduce the impact.
