@missveronicatv Thank you for your reply. I was able to resolve the issue, the user profile form had a field on it that was causing this error. I removed the field and everything is working fine. Thank you for your help.

Just to update, I deployed the staging copy, which somehow did preserve the change I made and still get the same error
