What version of plugin are you using?

Can i get a little more technical/programmer info… how is the cookie/session stored? I do not see a PHPSESSID

So my solution (not perfect but sufficient) is to set:
– only 1 ip address allowed
– 2 active sessions allowed
– terminate idle sessions after 15 minutes

This allows the person that closes their browser without logging out, to log back in again from same computer, and worst case is they have to wait 15 minutes to get on on with another device.

I suppose there is not way to force logout when browser closes? Will investigate javascript solution.

Ok thank you… yes our site has low traffic but I have confirmed the session does terminate succesfully when either somebody visits page or cron runs.

So there is no issue.

UPDATE/QUESTION:

Does wp-cron need to run in order to cause the session to be terminated?

I can reproduce the issue over and over and then if I go to any page on the site from another browser, the session is suddenly terminated.

I have cron set to run automatically, but only once per hour.

I have to be honest and say I am not sure how translations work… there was another user (jlaumond) that actually implemented all the translations in this plugin for me.

If you are able to figure out what is missing and needs to be added to the code, I can look at getting it fixed, but I honestly do not have any time to spend trying to figure it out myself right now.

This plugin is not compatible with Learndash.

My plugin, to the best of my knowledge, is still NOT compatible with LearnDash.

All data is collected/stoerd by the main WordPress program and is accessible to the user to view and delete under their user account on the site.

I have not made any claims that any of my plugins are GDPR compliant and I do not have any plans to change anything.

You are free to not use my plugin if it does not meet your requirements.

Unfortunately this plugin is only designed to work from the default WordPress Registration form at /wp-login.php?action=register and is not compatible with Learndash.

The user has to use the /wp-login.php?action=register page to create/register for their account and then it will log them in.

If they are creating the account thru learndash, then returning them to /wp-login.php?action=register will not log them in.

There are several other threads about LearnDash in this forum and as I have stated in all of them, my plugin is not compatible with it and will not work properly.
