No matter what I do, when I put [email* email], or [email] <[email]>, or [email* email] <[email* email]> in the from box, I get an error saying invalid syntax.
I followed the directions in the docs, and followed the FAQ’s, and it still wont work.

That thread was not able to solve the problem. I am unable to comment on that thread, but what it had me do does not work, i suspect because its 4 years old.
I saved the new info.php to the wp-admin root, just like it said. I then went to view the file and this came up.

I have no idea where to go now, or how to fix this.
I am having issues with the size of PDF’s. I can only upload a file that is smaller than 2mb, or I get an error telling me to change the PHP.ini file. How can I fix this?
I’m not using any of the custom HTML templates. Its not the missing password that is the problem. its that reset passwords don’t work, and if a customer forgets their password they cant login. At the current moment, all new logins require a password generated by admins, then need to be emailed to new customer, and sometimes a password change will work for them, and sometimes it wont. This had been automated and working fine, up until the last update. Everything was fine a week ago…Im hoping UM will have a solution.
I am also having this same issue. There are also issues with customers resetting their passwords and then neither the old or new password will work. I made a test account to check, and I encountered the same problems with that test account.

Sure, but do you mean the main Dashboard page, or the UPC dashboard page?
I just deleted the plugin and re-installed it only to have the same problem! All of the tabs are visible on the settings page, but they are just blank pages after that. I can still view items in my catalogs, but I am not able to add any products, change styling, and so on.
Does the product key I paid for stay saved as well? I attempted to setup a local clone of my site to make template and theme adjustments, but could not get the full functioning of UPC, even after i entered the key.
I am having the same issues, but it only happened after I updated to V3.7.12 this morning, everything was fine yesterday.

In reply to: [Ultimate Product Catalog] Tabbed LayoutThat worked. Where were you able to find the conflict? I use the ‘web developer’ chrome extension, but I didn’t notice anything. Is there a better solution I should be using to troubleshoot these problems better?
