That plugin is what was causing it. I will look into its settings to see if it can be compatible or not…
Either way, this doesn’t appear to be a Mdocs issue.

Looks like with all plugins off and my them loaded, it’s working.
I’ll add plugins one by one and see where the issue might be.

If you are actively looking at this, I will close everything down. This is an active site and everything doesn’t work properly when it’s all shut down.

Looking at source, nothing changes when the jQuery option is or is not checked.

Switched to Twenty Seventeen… same.
I’ve been using my current theme since the inception of the site.. and this did work in the past.

Same error, only plugin enabled was Mdocs

I have now checked the jQuery option and am still seeing the same error you specified.

Ok. I’m going to go ahead and close this. The reason for the filtering was because my plugin was including a link to the site itself. They must be kicking those messages back.
Thanks for taking the time to look into something that was all on my end.

As I read what I wrote back… I’m even confused ??

I have 2 email accounts Email1 Email2
Email1 is what is set up in WP and WP Mail SMTP.
Email2 is the recipient.

Within the WP Mail SMTP settings > Email Test – I enter Email2 in the Send To field. Hit Send Mail. I can see the sent test mail in Email1 Sent Box and Email2 Inbox.

When I send an email to the Email2 within my plugin using
wp_mail($email, $subject, $message);
I see the sent email in Email1 sent box but Email2 is not receiving it.

I ran some other tests… and utilizing an alternate Email2 address works in both methods.
I’ve looked at the messages that were sent in the Email1 sent box and they look identical… so I’m not sure what / how my plugin may be sending the email differently. I have a feeling that when a message is sent with my plugin it is being marked/filtered as spam/malicious for some reason.
It is going to a corporate email address, so I don’t have any hooks into the email server to see it coming in… and working with the admins would be like pulling teeth.

NVM, I’m just seeing they are part of the Pro package.

Looks like everything is working now.
I’ll slowly integrate what I disabled and see where the conflict is.

Ok… yeah, I didn’t copy the end tag there.

For some reason, I was thinking the dark theme would create a Dark Material Theme. The dark theme setting seems to take care of most of it.

I replaced the full listing of test fields, and the md-switches aren’t triggering.

It’s still there. I just reduced the entries to see if there was a specific field that was causing an issue.
Current shortcode in the form is:

[md-form theme="dark"]

[md-text label="Your name"]
[text* your-name]
[/md-text]

[md-text label="Your email"]
[email* your-email]
[/md-text]

Is not.

Looks like there were some other minifications enabled as well. I cleared caches and disabled those.

Minification has been removed. I am getting slightly better results.
