How does the pro version determine what the other database(s) are?

I do not see any extensions that would be causing this issue. I did try it on another machine and got same results. One machine is Windows 8.1 and the other is Win 7. What about Opera?

I want to actually reload the page. The reason is that my client has a computer repair shop. When his clients fill out a paper support ticket often he cannot read their writing. So he asked for this form that would substitute for the paper form. He will have a laptop at the front of his facility and will have the clients fill it out their. He wants to have them print it AND have the page automatically reset so it is clean for the next client. All I “can think of to handle that is to reload the page.

May I offer a suggestion? I worked with another plugin sometime ago that gave you the option on the setup page to insert a page that you created for things like this. That made it incredibly easier for the end user to get to the end result they wanted. Food for thought.

One other question. Are there bugs in the use of the shortcode using the [sermon_sort_fields] option? I” have played with it and it seems buggy.

Also, is there a way to freeze the header row such that it will always display no matter how many rows are displayed?

That is actually part of the Divi theme that I am using.

What plugin for shortcode hooks are you referring to? I do not see such a plugin. I would be glad to pursue that with that author if I can find out which plugin you are referring to.

Hi Lester. I just discovered that the issue was if in the Email Body you included %EMAIL_POST_CONTENT% this is what caused the issue. If I pull that out then I am fine but unfortunately no content is displayed which I would greatly prefer. What would cause that and how can I resolve it?

I am not sure what happened. This worked when I first put it in and now today it is not. I did add a couple more plugins so I went back and deactivated them but it did not help. I then went ahead and deactivated all plugins and still no change. I then tried switching themes to twenty-fifteen and still no change. Can you please help me figure out w3hat is wrong?

Thank you so much first of all for this great plugin! I hesitated buying the Pro version as I wasn’t sure if it would do what I wanted. Boy, did it ever! And I think the best part is the support you gave. I followed your advice with the code snippet and how to use it and bingo, it solved my issue! I am thrilled beyond belief and I thank you so much!!!
