In reply to: [WP2Static] WP2Static seems to strip RSS feed metaThank you. Your suggestion worked perfectly. Unfortunately, though, updating to version 5.9 created a new problem. All of my relative links have the target folder in them (i.e., /static/url/).
WordPress version 3.5.1
BackWPup version 3.0.4
PHP version 5.2.17When I go to “Test the installation”, the only kind of error I see is this:
Server self connect: The HTTP response test get a error “name lookup timed out”The HTTP response test get a false http status ()The HTTP response gives back the false body “”
I am not using a sandboxed Dropbox account.
I’ll trying setting up a new job. For the record, this is happening on two different websites of mine (same Dropbox).
My settings are correct.

In reply to: [Transposh WordPress Translation] Plugin causing 500 Internet Server ErrorsI installed another plugin to log errors and Transposh is causing a number of PHP errors. Would that be caused by a memory issue?

In reply to: [upPrev] Add CSS doesn't change anythingNo change. But I’m also finding that I am unable to change the styles of other plugins as well. I’m perplexed.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Twitter card issueNever mind. It would seem twitter:creator and twitter:site cannot be the same Twitter user.

In reply to: [Digg Digg] [Plugin: Digg Digg] Facebook Share Button Disappeared SuddenlyIt’s working for me–off and on. It’s a Facebook thing. As far as I know, they have no intentions of scrapping the Share button. They have tweaked the size of it though. I think those having trouble will just have to wait it out. It’s not Digg Digg.

In reply to: [Live Blogging] [Plugin: Live Blogging] Automatically add a link to tweets?You’re welcome. I’m always happy to help the community. I know they’ve been there for me in the past.

In reply to: [Live Blogging] [Plugin: Live Blogging] Automatically add a link to tweets?Go to Plugins –> Editor –> Live Blogging –> live-blogging.php
Find this:
//add hashtag if ($hashtag) { $content .= " #" . $hashtag; }
Change it to:
//add hashtag if ($hashtag) { $content .= " " . $hashtag; }
Then, when you create the live blog post, add a custom field with the name “liveblogging_hashtag” followed by the link you want under Value. I’d get the link shortened before you insert it and save.

In reply to: [Digg Digg] [Plugin: Digg Digg] First Paragraph Tag MissingI updated and tested it again. Now, the Digg Digg bar drops entirely below the main content and footer. I adjusted the “how far to the left” setting but it didn’t work.
I’ve also tested Digg Digg with other WordPress themes. It worked perfect on them. I’m beginning to wonder if the Themeology theme just won’t play nice. I know every time Livefyre comments get updated I have to go in and insert a <p> tag to make my sidebar appear in the right place.
You can take my feedback into consideration, but there may come a point when you won’t want to worry about making it work with Themeology.
I do appreciate all your help though. I pay for my Buffer account and I love it.
