I can no longer use the earlier plugin. It had not been maintained and was removed from the plugin directory. I have a number of screenshots, not sure how to upload them here. I can happily send them to you.
I am using WP Mail SMTP Pro on this site.

Something just happened! I was somehow able to drag the placeholder from the sidebar into the content area this time! Unsure why this did not work previously.

Es scheint, wir reden an einander vorbei. No placeholder in the content. Only on the right sidebar.

I am trying to upload a screenshot but to no avail. THere is no placeholder in the header area per se, only along the right side with the selection options (headline, image, headline above image, etc)

I believe that the 403 error was simply access denied.

@wfgerald absolutely not. Hosting provider is certain that WF is doing it though, want me to post up error log?

Found the problem, took a couple of passes with Facebook’s URL debugger. Sorry to bother.
