I’ve since resolved the issue by disconnecting PayPal and refreshing API Creds.
Unfortunately, I’ve made the decision not to use PayPal as a payment method on my website. This is the second website that I’ve had where there is multiple issues with PayPal and I’m quite frankly fed up.
It’s the only payment processor I have issues with and it’s fees are the highest. Hence my decision to get rid.
